As a Dental Sterilization and Records Technician with Smiles 1st Children's Dentistry – Mason, you will play a vital role in ensuring children have a lifetime of beautiful smiles. Responsibilities
- Sterilize dental instruments and maintain OSHA quality standards.
- Enter patient information into permanent dental records.
- Support back‑office dental operations as needed.
Requirements
- Some dental experience preferred.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a desire to grow professionally.
Skills
- Working knowledge and experience with dental digital charting.
- Back‑office dental experience – sterilization a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, take direction, and be a flexible team player.
