Locums Anchorage AK Pediatric Endocrinology ________________________________________________________________ SCHEDULE Coverage Type: IP/OP and TeleHealth Schedule Type: Clinic and Call Call Type: Weeknight Beeper and 24 Hour Weekend Beeper Call Schedule (per week): M-F + Weekend Call Dates of Need: January start – ongoing Shift Times: Clinic M-F 8-5, with weeknight beeper call and 24-hour beeper call on weekends (see notes below) Lunch N/A Provider Min # Shifts Required: Full time needs but would consider multiple providers offering at least 1 week a month. (see notes below) Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8 Hours Worked for OT to apply: 40 Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic and Call: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday, Night Call, 24 Hour Call, Call-Back. ________________________________________________________________ CREDENTIALING Current CV Must be uploaded to bid License: non-licensed is acceptable for presentation DEA Required: Yes Boards: Board Certified Skills/Certs: Other: ________________________________________________________________ Additional Details Looking for full time coverage, split between two weeks per month in clinic and 2 weeks per month of virtual hospital call coverage. In person clinic (8a-5p) + night call during the week and 24 hour weekend call coverage. The other two weeks would be virtual call coverage (not onsite) would be 24 hours a day call. We are looking for candidates who can do long term, ongoing in person work AND virtual call coverage for continuity of care. We can look at providers who can obtain the temporary AK state license while full licensure is in process. OT after 40 clinical hours per week.
