We are seeking a licensed Pediatrician to provide comprehensive care for infants, children, and adolescents at our medical clinic in Bay City, TX.

Responsibilities

• Performing exams, diagnosing, treating minor illnesses, monitoring growth and development, and advising families on health issues.
• Supervising clinical staff, coordinating services with community resources, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives, leading clinical teams, and acting as a liaison with the local medical community.
• Engaging in outreach activities, providing after-hours on-call support, and supervising mid-level providers.

Requirements
