About the Role

A General Pediatrician is sought to build an outpatient pediatric practice with a 3-day workweek, light shared call, and no inpatient responsibilities. The role involves providing comprehensive pediatric care, managing a stable and growing patient panel, and collaborating with pediatric specialists and advanced practice providers (APPs).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an outpatient pediatric panel
• See 18-22 patients daily, including common and higher-complexity cases such as ADD/ADHD
• Participate in a collaborative clinic culture focused on improving workflows
• Provide responsive charting, documentation, and communication
• Engage in light, shared call with after-hours triage support
• Practice within a patient-centered medical home environment

Requirements

• Board-certified or Board-eligible in Pediatrics (BC/BE)
• Strong charting, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and APPs
