Pediatric Urgent Care Physician

Position Details

• Part-time or Full-time (0.5 - 1.0 FTE)
• Outpatient only, no call required
• Rotating schedule 3-4 days/week & every other weekend

Compensation

• Production model
• New clinicians have a 2-year guarantee between $235,000 - $261,000 with upside earning potential
• Up to $35,000 starting bonus
• Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in

About the Role

We are looking for a BE/BC Pediatric Urgent Care Physician to grow our Pediatric Urgent Care team. Our current Peds Urgent Care team is located at 87th Ave includes 2 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner. We are expanding services at Ridgefield and/or Battle Ground, two clinics with established urgent care departments and pediatric clinicians on-site. The ideal candidate will be flexible, open-minded, and excited by the opportunity to expand services to meet the growing needs of our community. They will also have a passion for practicing evidence-based medicine and qualified to see variety of medical conditions.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Pediatrics
