Position Summary

Blackbird Health is seeking Child and Adolescent Therapists for fully remote roles across the United States. We are currently hiring clinicians licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, or Virginia for Full-Time W2, Part-Time W2, and 1099 opportunities.

• Experienced clinician with a passion for working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families using evidence-based practices
• Skilled in facilitating both in-person and virtual telehealth sessions with strong technical proficiency (Google Suite, EMR systems, virtual platforms)
• Excited to make an impact and driven by patient outcomes
• Proactive problem-solver with strong clinical judgment and excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Dedicated to high-touch, comprehensive care, not just clinical sessions, but true partnership with families and caregivers

The basics you'll need

• Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland
• One (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients
• One (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet (if applicable as a 1099 contractor)
• Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 3pm ET during the week and/or weekends

Salary Range

$45,000 USD - $95,000 USD
