About the role

Join our team at the Sunny Days® Sunshine Center as a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist. We’re looking for both full-time and part-time SLPs, SLPAs, or CFYs to make a difference in the lives of children and their families. Enjoy flexibility with schedules including afternoons, evenings, weekends, or daytime hours with Pre-K kids (Monday-Friday).

Pay

Competitive salary depending on experience: $85–98K yearly. Earn additional money for every billable hour that exceeds your monthly productivity, potentially boosting your annual earnings by thousands of dollars. Competitive hourly rates also available.

Responsibilities

  • Write reports summarizing client progress.
  • Provide parent and staff training to support individualized goals.
  • Collaborate with families and team members to help kids reach their potential.

Requirements

  • Oklahoma Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC) license (CFY and SLPA candidates will be considered).
  • Outpatient pediatric experience, with a plus for working with children on the autism spectrum.
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Energy, animation, and a genuine passion for helping kids reach their full potential.
