About the Role

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet each child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient pediatric speech therapy services to children from birth to age twenty-one.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Engage parents and caregivers in therapy sessions to support home-based care.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
  • Current or pending licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist within Virginia.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000.00 - $103,000.00
