About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy during after-school hours, supporting children as they build communication, language, and feeding skills in the environments where they live and learn. These are established, after-school caseloads ready to go, making it easy to step in and start making an impact right away.
Established caseloads available in: North Fort Worth, Mesquite, Garland, Midlothian, Waxahachie, and Ennis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child’s speech, language, social communication, and feeding needs
- Provide direct therapy services in home settings, promoting strong skill carryover across everyday routines
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to ensure meaningful, functional outcomes
- Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals at home
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, family-centered care
Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program required
- Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility for licensure) required
- Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- A genuine passion for helping children and families reach their communication goals is essential
