About the Role

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Our team is dedicated to treating young patients with individualized one-on-one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to integrate skills and home exercises into the child's daily life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pediatric speech-language pathology services in an outpatient setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children from birth to age twenty-one.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Engage parents and caregivers in sessions to support skill carryover at home.
  • Participate in mentorship, peer-to-peer learning, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
  • Current or pending licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the respective state.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
