About the role

Diagnostic Sonographer specializing in pediatric imaging, performing ultrasound examinations to aid diagnosis and treatment. Operate across various sites, including portable exams and on-call duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound imaging independently, including abdominal, small parts, obstetrical, and vascular studies.
• Ensure equipment functionality and proper documentation of procedures.
• Assist with needle procedures such as biopsies and drainages.

Requirements

• Associate degree or trade school certification.
• Current RDMS or equivalent license; CPR certification preferred.
• Less than 2 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of vascular imaging and additional certifications like RDCS advantageous.
