About the role
We are seeking a nurse to join our team in the Ogden area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing care to the patients we serve.
Responsibilities
- Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve
- Manage daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider
- Log daily clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime)
- Schedule: Days M-F Available - Full-Time/Part-time between 8-12 hour shifts
Requirements
- Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within State of Utah
- Active BLS certification
- 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred (tracheostomy / ventilator) but not required
- Valid drivers license, reliable transportation commuting to patient location

Pay
- Nights: $5,000 - FT $2,500 - PT
- Days: $2,000 - FT $1,000 - PT
