About the role
Affirmed Home Care is growing our Pediatric Division and seeking a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support children and their families in a home-care setting. This is a rewarding opportunity for an RN experienced in pediatric complex care.
Schedule
- Day, evening, and overnight shifts
- Weekend shifts
- Flexible per diem scheduling
- 8- and 12-hour shifts available
Pay
Starting at $55.00 per hour with weekly pay via direct deposit.

Requirements
- Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred
- Tracheostomy, ventilator, and feeding tube experience strongly preferred
- Pediatric home care, hospital, or acute-care experience preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- Current TB screening, including PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray documentation when applicable
