Pediatric RN

About the role

Make a meaningful impact providing 1:1 care to pediatric clients in their homes. Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to support pediatric clients throughout the Camden, NJ area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing
• Clinical monitoring & documentation — Observe, record, and communicate changes in condition
• Partner with families to promote comfort and stability
• Maintain infection control and ensure proper equipment use

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN License
• Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR within 10 years
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
