About the role
Seeking a Pediatric Rheumatologist faculty member to build and lead a pediatric rheumatology program in Oklahoma City.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing a new pediatric rheumatology division with full institutional support
- Providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care within a multidisciplinary team
- Leading the development of a musculoskeletal ultrasound program
- Participating in medical education, including teaching and mentoring students, residents, and fellows
- Possibly establishing a new fellowship program in pediatric rheumatology
- Engaging in collaborative research with national recognition through organizations like CARRA and ACR
Qualifications and skills
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Rheumatology
- Experience or interest in program development, research, and medical education
- Strong leadership and collaborative abilities
- Commitment to teaching and advancing pediatric rheumatology
