We’re growing our pediatric team and looking for caring, dependable caregivers to give families a much-needed break while children stay safe, engaged, and supported at home. What You’ll Do Provide respite care for children with special needs, including autism, developmental delays, and medical complexitySupervise and support children during daily routines such as meals, hygiene, toileting, dressing, and bedtimeEngage children in age-appropriate play, sensory activities, and structured routinesSupport communication and behavior strategies as directed by the care plan and familyAssist with feeding, mobility, and transfers as neededKeep children safe at all times and follow the individual care planDocument each shift accurately and communicate updates to families and agency staffReport any changes in condition, behavior, or safety concerns right away What we’re looking for Active CNA certification (Georgia Nurse Aide Registry) with pediatric experience, or hands-on experience caring for children with autism or other special needsExperience with sensory needs, behavior support, or non-verbal communication is a plusPatience, creativity, and a calm, positive approachReliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insuranceAbility to pass a background check and drug screenCurrent CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it)TB test and required health screeningsAbility to lift 100 lbs and be active throughout a shiftDependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently in a family home Preferred (not required) Experience with ABA, RBT, or autism support settingsExperience with medically complex children (feeding tubes, seizures, etc.)Experience working in a school, daycare, or group home settingBilingual (English/Spanish) What we offer Competitive pay weekly scheduleFlexible scheduling that fits around your lifePaid training and ongoing support from our care teamConsistent hours with families you get to knowA supportive team that values caregivers
