About the role
Children's Wisconsin has an opportunity for a PRN Pediatric Nurse in our MACC Fund Center Day Hospital.
Schedule
- Must submit 76 hours of availability within a 6 week schedule; with a minimum of 2 Friday's
- Department hours are 7:30am-6pm
Responsibilities
- Be a partner in the care management team
- Provide coordination and management of patient care to pediatric patients and families within a continuum of care
- Delegate patient activities as appropriate within a care management assignment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing in order to meet the recommended entry level for a professional nurse (or equivalent academic and/or professional experience)
- A license to practice professional nursing in the State of Wisconsin. Candidates must show proof of license on or before first day of employment
- Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required
