About the Role

As a pediatric registered nurse with Hands of Hope, our pediatric program, you’ll evaluate patients and create care plans while communicating with the patient, their family, and the care team. You’ll serve as the driver of our care team to ensure every patient receives quality care. This role offers access to supportive leadership, professional development opportunities, and room for advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
  • Lead the care team to deliver high-quality pediatric care

Qualifications

  • A heart to serve patients and families with a passion for providing exceptional care
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (certificate, diploma, associate, or baccalaureate) with a current state RN license
  • 3 years of clinical or home health nursing experience, including 1 year of pediatric experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift 80–100 lbs or assist with adult patient mobility

Pay is determined by years of experience and location.
