Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview

Provide focused, one-on-one nursing care in pediatric patient's homes, managing high-acuity needs and fostering strong relationships with children and families. Emphasizes autonomy, continuity of care, and clinical judgment within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care tailored to individual patient needs
• Follow clear care plans and physician orders
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in home settings
• Collaborate with a team including respiratory therapists for training and support
• Utilize an easy-to-use portal for scheduling and communication

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Colorado RN license
• Current BLS CPR certification (in-person)
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, vent management
• TB Skin or Blood Test clearance
