About the Role

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Per Diem Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one care for a 2-year-old boy in Greenwich, CT. The patient is thriving at home with skilled nursing support and requires trach care and temporary G-tube care.

Case Details

• Location: Greenwich, CT (near the New York–Connecticut border, ideal for nurses in Westchester County, NY, and surrounding areas)
• Patient: 2-year-old pediatric client
• Care Needs: Trach care and temporary G-tube care
• Home Environment: Beautiful family home, no pets, no smokers
• Family: Supportive and welcoming

Schedule

• Day Shift: 12-hour shifts
• Overnight: 12-hour shifts
• Flexible per diem scheduling

Pay

• Competitive compensation: $55.00 per hour

Requirements

• Active Connecticut RN license (New York applicants must hold active RN licenses in both New York and Connecticut)
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care (preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with pediatric trach and G-tube care
• Current BLS Certification
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD/QuantiFERON within the past year or Chest X-Ray within the past five years
