Pediatric Radiology Technologist - PRN

About the role

Seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform general imaging procedures for adult and pediatric patients, supporting accurate diagnosis and treatment. The role offers flexible, PRN scheduling and cross-training opportunities. The technologist prepares patients and equipment, ensuring high standards of customer service and professionalism while independently conducting radiographic examinations, including portable and on-call procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate or trade school education in radiologic technology
• Current Radiology Technologist license; IEMA certification for Illinois (excluding MRI)
• Preferred: 2+ years experience and CPR certification
• Ability to perform procedures with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures
• Communicate procedure instructions professionally
• Perform radiographic exams independently, including portable and on-call tasks
