Pediatric Radiologist
About the role
The Department of Medical Imaging at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and the Department of Radiology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent care in all aspects of pediatric diagnostic imaging.
- Join the collaborative pediatric imaging team and interpret multi-modality imaging.
- Participate in multidisciplinary educational conferences.
- Contribute to the academic mission of the group.
Requirements
- Must be certified, or be board eligible, in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology with pediatric radiology fellowship training.
- Preference will be given to applicants with education and/or experience in pediatric radiology.
Qualifications
- Must have academic interest and be eligible for an academic appointment at Feinberg School of Medicine.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong teaching abilities.
Benefits
This position is full-time employed through Lurie Children’s. The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.
