Pediatric Pulmonologist

About the Role

We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Pediatric Pulmonologist to join a growing division in Charleston. This role offers a mix of clinical practice, leadership, and research opportunities within a vibrant community known for its quality of life and cultural richness.

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical care in outpatient clinics and inpatient consults
• Leading the development of a new inpatient BPD team with NICU/PICU collaboration
• Collaborating with pediatric ENT, GI, cardiology, and other subspecialties
• Participating in NIH-funded research projects focused on CF, surfactant deficiencies, and asthma
• Contributing to innovative program development within state-of-the-art facilities

Requirements

• Board certification or eligibility in pediatric pulmonology
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on pediatric respiratory care
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Interest in research and program development
