Position Overview
Affirmed Home Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 12-year-old girl in Nutley, NJ. This role is perfect for RNs who enjoy pediatrics and value the meaningful impact of individualized home-care nursing.
Key Responsibility
Provide evening and weekend pediatric nursing care — Ensure the child’s safety, comfort, and clinical needs are met during non-school hours
Pay Rate
RN: $45/hr
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey RN License
- PREFERRED: 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Physical exam within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
- Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
