Pediatric Private Duty Nurse

Role & Responsibilities Provides skilled nursing care following federal, state, and local laws, and professional standards, under medical practitioner orders.Performs personal care, monitors and reports client conditions, administers medications, and educates clients.Manages specialized pediatric services such as tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and tube feedings.Collaborates with the care team to ensure comprehensive client care.Maintains accurate documentation of care and adheres to agency policies and standards.Ensures a safe environment for clients and coworkers and participates in care coordination and meetings. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN or LPN licensure.Current CPR certification.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Licensed driver with insured vehicle as per state and agency requirements.
