Pediatric/PICU Nurse Residency Program

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality pediatric care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Evaluate and support care provided by team members
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
• Embody the organization’s mission and values
• Deliver unit-specific, family-centered care using the nursing process
• Engage in specialized residency training to ensure success

Must have a passion for working with children of all ages and acuity levels.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
• Eligibility for RN licensure in MO or a compact state within 90 days
• BLS certification
• PICU/PEDS experience preferred
