Responsibilities
- Providing outpatient pediatric care for 18-20 patients daily, covering common and higher-complexity cases such as ADD/ADHD
- Collaborating with advanced practice providers in a team-oriented clinic environment
- Maintaining strong charting, documentation, responsiveness, and communication skills
- Participating in a light, shared 1:7 call schedule with after-hours triage support
- Working a 4-day workweek with Monday-Friday hours, no inpatient duties
- Contributing to a culture focused on improving workflows and patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Board-certified or eligible Pediatrician
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
