Job Summary

Join 4 established and highly regarded Pediatricians and 2 Advanced Practice Practitioners dedicated to providing the highest quality care to our patients in the Henderson area for 20 years. Siena Pediatrics is seeking a Pediatrician to join the practice.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strong clinical skills and provide high-quality, comprehensive care within a busy, community-focused practice.
• Offer a competitive compensation package including a starting comp of $180,000 - $200,000 (DOE), 4-day per week clinic schedule, newborn rounding and call, and a signing bonus and relocation assistance.
• Eligibility for metrics-based productivity bonuses, paid medical, dental, matching 401K, and $1500 CME available your first year.
• Shared call ratio of 1:6, work in only 1 clinic, no after-hours mommy calls, and newborn rounding at only 1 hospital.
• Opportunity to work at Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican-Siena campus, an award-winning affiliate hospital with Children’s Emergency Room, Level III NICU, Baby-Friendly Designated, and Pediatric Unit with PICU.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified
• Active or eligible license in the state of Nevada

Qualifications

Experience in a busy, community-focused pediatric practice is preferred.
