White Glove Community Care is seeking a motivated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at our state-of-the-art gym in Brooklyn. This role is based in a gym setting, working with pediatric patients to help improve mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and overall function. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients based on individualized care plans
- Design and adjust therapy programs to support development and functional improvement
- Provide therapy services in a gym-based setting
- Educate parents/caregivers on exercises and home programs
- Document care accurately and on time
- Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress
Requirements
- Active New York State Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
- Experience in a gym-based therapy setting preferred
