Pediatric Physical Therapist | Sign-On Bonus + Flexible Schedule

About the role

A flexible schedule with start times as early as 7:00 AM, full-time or part-time options, and hourly or per-visit compensation are available. Additionally, there is a sign-on bonus and/or student loan repayment assistance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and physical challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and independence.
• Partner with families, caregivers, physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps children reach their fullest potential.

Requirements

• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Pediatric experience preferred, but therapists with a passion for working with children are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
