Fee for Service and/or Full-Time opportunities available. Monday–Friday, flexible scheduling.

Compensation

$75–$85/hour (rate determined by service provided, professional experience, and license/certifications held). $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days with active cases.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on caseload
  • Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations
  • Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators regarding case management
  • Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs
  • Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel
  • Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report progress quarterly
  • Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews
