About the role
The successful candidate will lead the Pediatric Physical Therapy Department in Chicago, overseeing clinical operations, staff development, and patient care initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Pediatric Physical Therapy Department
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to physical therapists and assistants
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Participate in professional development activities and maintain certification
Requirements
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Illinois
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a physical therapy setting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
