Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) Department Lead - Chicago (WL)

About the role

The successful candidate will lead the Pediatric Physical Therapy Department in Chicago, overseeing clinical operations, staff development, and patient care initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Pediatric Physical Therapy Department
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to physical therapists and assistants
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
• Participate in professional development activities and maintain certification

Requirements

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Illinois
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a physical therapy setting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
