About the Role
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) across Colorado to provide in-home therapy services for children with developmental, physical, and neurological needs. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping patients build independence and improve quality of life in a supportive, home-based setting. What You'll Do
- Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community
- Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development
- Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document care in an electronic medical record system
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Leadership Opportunity – PT Supervisor
We are also hiring PT Supervisors to support and oversee Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs). Supervisor responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical oversight and mentorship to PTAs
- Ensuring compliance with supervision requirements and documentation standards
- Supporting quality care delivery and clinical excellence
Qualifications
Required:
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Colorado)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- 1+ year of pediatric experience (new grads welcome!)
- Home health experience

Pay
- $65–$85 per visit
- Estimated Annual Salary: $62,400 – $122,400
