About the role
Part-Time Pediatric Physical Therapist providing in-home therapy services to children and families.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs and family priorities.
- Support gross motor development, mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and functional movement.
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and recommend adaptive equipment or assistive devices.
- Partner with parents and caregivers to ensure skill carryover and consistent support.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, child-centered care.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including evaluations, notes, and progress reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
- Active Physical Therapy license in Texas.
- Experience preferred, pediatric or home health experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Commitment to high-quality, family-centered therapy.
