Location: Hawthorne, NY – Center Based. Fee for Service position with the possibility of full-time opportunities based on caseload, discussed during the interview.
Pay
$90–$110/hour. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience, and license/certifications held.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement creative individual therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
- Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
- Maintain ongoing communication with coordinators and Hawthorne Director.
- Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
- Create and maintain a schedule for assigned students.
- Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report on progress quarterly.
- Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
- Collaborate with other professionals including BCBAs, Special Educators, Behavior Technicians, and other Related Service Providers.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current New York State Physical Therapy License (DPT).
- Bilingual is a plus.
