Position Overview

Pediatric Therapy Network (PTN) exists to deliver highly skilled therapeutic support to young children and families in their homes and communities. PTN is well recognized for providing high quality pediatric services in Chicago and surrounding suburbs.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
• Licenses: Active IL PT license in good standing
• Certification: Early Intervention Certification or willingness to obtain (PTN will assist with this process)
