About the role
Therapitas is a nonprofit organization that serves Spanish-speaking families in Oklahoma, providing quality therapy since 2009. We are seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Tulsa.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients
- Provide skilled intervention to improve strength, mobility, motor development, and functional independence
- Document services in our easy-to-use EMR
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy students
Requirements
- DPT or PT degree from an accredited program
- Oklahoma PT license or eligibility to obtain
- New grads and upcoming board exam candidates welcome
- Passion for working with children and families

Qualifications
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- Experience with pediatric populations preferred but not required
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and documentation skills

Schedule
Most therapists carry about 23–28 hours of direct therapy per week, with caseloads built around experience and preferences.
