  • Patient volume: Under 12 patients per day
  • 1:1 patient care, always
  • AI-supported documentation + Prompt EMR to reduce after-hours charting
  • Predictable and thoughtfully built schedules
  • Full autonomy in clinical decision-making (PT-led care)
  • Exercise Specialists on the floor to support clinicians

Professional Development

Requirements

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
  • Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Creative, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning
  • Experience with or eagerness to work with children (pediatric clinical rotation or relevant experience preferred)
  • Physical ability to engage with pediatric patients, including:
    • Getting on/off the floor, hopping, skipping, running, and demonstrating exercises
    • Heavy lifting as required
  • Strong communication skills, including:
    • Clear, compassionate communication with children, parents, and caregivers
    • Collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
    • Interpretation of nonverbal cues, body language, and behavioral signals
