Pediatric Physical Therapist
Core Responsibilities And Duties
- Completes an evaluation utilizing principles of family-centered care.
- Implements a therapy care plan utilizing principles of family-centered care.
- Completes necessary administrative and procedural tasks in a timely manner.
- Completes training in essential job competencies.
- Required: Professional Licensure/Registration - Physical Therapy State License
- Pending credentials: Registration and Licensure pending, not to exceed three months in this status
- Current certification in CPR (BLS for Healthcare Providers through American Heart Association)
- Knowledge: transition from pediatric to adult health and rehabilitation care and of rehabilitation practice for adults with Childhood onset disabilities.
- Experience working with adults with childhood onset disabilities strongly preferred.

Compensation And Benefits Information
Compensation: The hourly wage for this opportunity is $37.17 to $55.73, with a median wage of $46.45/hour. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification & licensure, and internal equity.
Schedule
4 - 10 hour shifts/week (Mondays Off)
Purpose Of Position
Provides direct and indirect family centered therapy services for patients to increase functional abilities, independence and community integration. Contributes to department, program and service teams to assure achievement of desired outcomes.
