What You’ll Do
- Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
- Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
- Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
- Use electronic documentation for each visit
- Complete weekly scheduled visits
What We’re Looking For
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
- Passion for family-centered, community-based care
Pay
Up to $80 per visit based on experience

About the Role
BAYADA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to delivering exceptional care to children and empowering families. We are currently seeking passionate Per Diem Physical Therapists (PT) to join our Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware.

Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
