Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) in Physical Therapy
• Alaska Physical Therapist License upon hire
• National Provider BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Experience and credentials in pediatrics
