Pediatric Phyiscal Therapist
As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Our team is dedicated to treating young patients with individualized one-on-one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to integrate skills and home exercises into the child's daily life. Responsibilities
- Provide individualized one-on-one pediatric physical therapy.
- Develop and implement customized plans of care for children from birth to age twenty-one.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Mentor students and participate in peer-to-peer learning opportunities.
- Engage in lifelong learning and professional development, including potential certification as a clinical instructor.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Pay
Compensation range: $75,000 – $105,000 per year (base salary). This position is also eligible for bonuses.
