About the Role

Join a pediatric-focused pathology team in a leading children’s hospital, offering a collaborative environment with approximately 3,000 surgical specimens annually, including oncology, GI biopsies, and bone marrow cases.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical and clinical pathology duties with rotation flexibility based on experience and preferences.
• Share responsibilities within a collegial team of three pathologists, ensuring balanced call coverage (approx. 1:4).
• Provide high-quality diagnostic services with an emphasis on pediatric cases and support long-term stability and growth.
• Contribute to a private practice model with potential for partnership and equity.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in AP/CP pathology.
• Fellowship training or experience in pediatric pathology preferred.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills.
• Interest or experience in pediatric pathology and a commitment to quality patient care.
