We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Opening paragraph: "Where kids and families are always first At MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network, caring for kids is more than what we do — it’s our purpose. As the state-designated Level II Pediatric Trauma Center and the only pediatric hospital in Washington’s South Sound, we provide a comprehensive network of care designed specifically for children and adolescents. Our vision is to be the safest, highest-quality place for children to receive care, where every child has a medical home and every family feels supported. FTE: 0.01, Shift: Days, Schedule: Days Position Summary The Speech Pathologist is an exciting opportunity at MultiCare, providing clinical services and communication with patients, families, and other professionals/service providers in the medical community. This professional position will allow you to apply your extensive knowledge and expertise in of speech pathology with all of your patients." We need to extract sections: About the role (maybe the opening paragraph and position summary). Responsibilities list. Requirements list. Benefits? There's "Well-being and support" etc. Also "Pay and Benefit Expectations" includes pay range and benefits. Also schedule: "FTE: 0.01, Shift: Days, Schedule: Days". That's schedule info. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe combine opening and position summary). Responsibilities. Requirements. Benefits (maybe "Well-being and support" and "Pay and Benefit Expectations"). Pay (maybe separate). Schedule (maybe separate). But we should avoid thin sections. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Pay and Benefits into one Benefits section? But they said use headings for Benefits, Pay, Schedule separately if content exists. However we can decide to include only those with substantive content. Let's extract: About the role: The initial paragraph describing mission, plus position summary. That's substantive. Responsibilities: bullet list: - You will provide assessment, interpretation, and reporting of clinical observations - You will perform patient assessments with physician and develop treatment plans - You will perform and interpret results of Videofluoroscpic swallow studies and fiberoptic endoscopic of swallowing - You will confer with physician and other health care professionals Requirements: - Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Hearing-Language Association OR be in the process of completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with supervision by a CCC-SLP in accordance with standards defined by the ASHA - Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Washington or holding an interim permit - Current BLS Certification required - Previous Experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred Benefits: There's "Well-being and support Generous time off, wellness resources and programs designed to help you maintain balance in your work and life." Also "Pacific Northwest lifestyle Work and live where natural beauty, adventure and strong community connections are part of everyday life." Also "Built for children and families..." etc. Also "Award-winning care..." etc. Also "Growing for the future..." etc. Also "Living our values..." etc. Those are more about the organization, maybe could be considered Benefits? But they are more like "Why Mary Bridge Children's?" section. Could be considered "About the organization" but not required headings. We have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Qualifications and Skills could be merged with Requirements? But we should only include sections with real content. We have Requirements already. Could also have Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements). But we can skip Qualifications if not distinct. Skills maybe not explicit. Pay: The posting includes pay scale: $49.36 - $78.25 USD. Also mention competitive salary, medical, dental, retirement benefits, paid time off. So we have Pay and Benefit Expectations. So we could have a Pay section with the range, and a Benefits section with benefits description. Schedule: "FTE: 0.01, Shift: Days, Schedule: Days". That's schedule info. Thus we can include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Pay, Benefits, Schedule. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

Well-being and support: Generous time off, wellness resources and programs designed to help you maintain balance in your work and life. Pacific Northwest lifestyle: Work and live where natural beauty, adventure and strong community connections are part of everyday life.

Schedule

FTE: 0.01, Shift: Days, Schedule: Days

Check for any duplicated lines: We included FTE etc in About the role and also Schedule. Might be duplication but okay. Could remove from About the role to avoid duplication. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the FTE etc somewhere. If we put it in Schedule section, we could omit from About the role. But About the role currently includes that sentence. Might be okay to keep both but it's duplicated. Better to move schedule info to Schedule section and remove from About the role to avoid duplication. However the About the role paragraph originally includes "FTE: 0.01, Shift: Days, Schedule: Days Position Summary". If we remove that, we lose some info but we still have schedule in Schedule section. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we can keep it in Schedule section and not duplicate. So we should edit About the role to exclude that phrase. Let's rewrite About the role without the FTE etc. Original: "Where kids and families are always first At MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network, caring for kids is more than what we do — it’s our purpose. This professional position will allow you to apply your extensive knowledge and expertise in of speech pathology with all of your patients." We can split: Keep the first sentences up to "supported." Then add Position Summary sentence after that, but we need to incorporate "Position Summary" maybe as part of the paragraph. We'll produce: "Where kids and families are always first At MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network, caring for kids is more than what we do — it’s our purpose. Position Summary: The Speech Pathologist is an exciting opportunity at MultiCare, providing clinical services and communication with patients, families, and other professionals/service providers in the medical community. This professional position will allow you to apply your extensive knowledge and expertise in of speech pathology with all of your patients." That preserves all info except the FTE etc which we moved to Schedule. Now Schedule section: "

FTE: 0.01, Shift: Days, Schedule: Days

" Now Benefits: we need to include all benefits info: "We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off." plus "Well-being and support Generous time off, wellness resources and programs designed to help you maintain balance in your work and life." plus "Pacific Northwest lifestyle Work and live where natural beauty, adventure and strong community connections are part of everyday life." plus maybe "Built for children and families..." etc but that's more about organization; but we can include as part of Benefits? Might be okay but could be considered fluff. However it's substantive about the organization. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We already have About the role covering mission. The "Why Mary Bridge Children's?" could be considered part of About the role or Benefits? It's more about the organization. Could add to About the role but that may become long. But we can keep as part of About the role maybe. However we already have About the role with mission and position summary. Could add the "Why Mary Bridge Children's?" bullet points as part of About the role as well. But we risk making About the role too long but still okay. But we already have Benefits section with benefits. The "Why Mary Bridge Children's?" includes award-winning care, growing for the future, living our values, Pacific Northwest lifestyle. Some of those are benefits/environment. Could incorporate them into Benefits section. Let's extract those: - Award-winning care: Named a Top Children’s Hospital by The Leapfrog Group, earning this national recognition six times in the past eight years, with physicians consistently recognized on Top Doctors lists by Seattle Magazine, Seattle Met and the Tac
