About the role
CSTC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in one of our Colorado Springs locations. The ideal candidate will have a degree from an accredited OT program, an active license to practice therapy in Colorado, and passion for making a difference in clients' lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to pediatric and adult clients
- Communicate with clients and families about their care
- Complete therapy documentation
- Preferred: Experience in pediatric settings
- Open to new graduates with mentorship available
Requirements
- Active license to practice therapy in Colorado (or eligible)
- Passion for making a difference in clients' lives
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Compensation
- Hourly: Base Pay Range $40.00-$44.00
- Salary: Base Pay Range $70,000-$80,000
- Signing & Retention Bonuses: $2,000 for Full Time, pro-rated for Part Time
