Pediatric OT (Part Time/Full Time)

About the role

CSTC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in one of our Colorado Springs locations. The ideal candidate will have a degree from an accredited OT program, an active license to practice therapy in Colorado, and passion for making a difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to pediatric and adult clients
• Communicate with clients and families about their care
• Complete therapy documentation
• Preferred: Experience in pediatric settings
• Open to new graduates with mentorship available

Requirements

• Active license to practice therapy in Colorado (or eligible)
• Passion for making a difference in clients' lives
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Compensation

• Hourly: Base Pay Range $40.00-$44.00
• Salary: Base Pay Range $70,000-$80,000
• Signing & Retention Bonuses: $2,000 for Full Time, pro-rated for Part Time
