Pediatric Orthopedic Physician

About the role

Seeking a pediatric orthopedic surgeon to establish a new practice in the western suburbs of Chicago, joining the largest orthopedic group in the region and a regional pediatric care network. Primary practice sites include hospitals offering pediatric surgeries, including PICU-level care.

Responsibilities include growing a busy general pediatric orthopedic practice with opportunities to specialize in areas such as fracture care, sports medicine, clubfoot, hip dysplasia, or limb deformity. The role is supported by a referral base of pediatricians and subspecialists, along with comprehensive hospital support including pediatric anesthesiologists, radiologists, child life services, neonatologists, and physician assistants.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in orthopedics
• Fellowship training in pediatric orthopedic surgery
• Illinois medical license eligibility
• Strong interpersonal skills
