Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients with hematology disorders, leukemia, and lymphoma on the Kay 4 unit.
- Participate in current protocol enrollments that aim to revolutionize treatment for hematology and leukemia/lymphoma diseases.
- Work on a 17‑bed unit with small nurse‑to‑patient ratios, delivering the highest quality of care.
- Collaborate with a prestigious nursing team and interdisciplinary scientists in a bench‑to‑bedside environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN required).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred as applicable.
- Minimum of 18 months of clinical nursing experience; St. Jude or other RN experience required.
- Current Tennessee State Board of Nursing license if primary residence is Tennessee or a Nurse Licensure non‑Compact state; otherwise current state board license in the state of primary residence if the state is a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- Certified Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse (CPHON) preferred; Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred.
