About the role

Arcade Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated team in the Mesa clinic. We are a growing, mission-driven provider of pediatric therapy services in the Phoenix area.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct pediatric occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that help children achieve meaningful functional goals
  • Deliver engaging, play-based interventions that support fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and developmental skills
  • Monitor client progress and complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with supervising OTs, COTAs, SLPs, SLPAs, PTs, PTAs, and caregivers to provide coordinated, family-centered care
  • Educate and empower families through home program recommendations and ongoing communication
  • Foster a positive, compassionate, and collaborative environment for clients, families, and teammates

Requirements

  • Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program
  • Active Arizona Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
  • Active CPR card

Qualifications

  • Passion for working with children and helping families achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Interest or experience in pediatrics, early intervention, developmental disabilities, and sensory integration
  • Interest or experience in feeding therapy is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy principles and techniques
  • Experience with evidence-based practice and treatment planning

Schedule

  • Consistent Full-Time Schedule
  • Tuesday - Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Saturday Pay Differential: Additional compensation for Saturdays

Pay

  • Average caseload of 6-8 clients per day
