About the role
Arcade Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated team in the Mesa clinic. We are a growing, mission-driven provider of pediatric therapy services in the Phoenix area.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct pediatric occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that help children achieve meaningful functional goals
- Deliver engaging, play-based interventions that support fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and developmental skills
- Monitor client progress and complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with supervising OTs, COTAs, SLPs, SLPAs, PTs, PTAs, and caregivers to provide coordinated, family-centered care
- Educate and empower families through home program recommendations and ongoing communication
- Foster a positive, compassionate, and collaborative environment for clients, families, and teammates
Requirements
- Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
- Active CPR card
Qualifications
- Passion for working with children and helping families achieve meaningful outcomes
- Interest or experience in pediatrics, early intervention, developmental disabilities, and sensory integration
- Interest or experience in feeding therapy is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy principles and techniques
- Experience with evidence-based practice and treatment planning

Schedule
- Consistent Full-Time Schedule
- Tuesday - Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Saturday Pay Differential: Additional compensation for Saturdays
Pay
- Average caseload of 6-8 clients per day
