Pediatric Occupational Therapist - PRN - Virtual

We’re currently seeking experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapists to provide services in a child’s natural environment through telehealth. About the role

This position is for a contract telehealth PRN serving children, with immediate start availability. We work closely with every therapist to ensure a smooth, confident onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy using accepted best practices
• Manage a caseload including evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharges
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with clear short- and long-term goals
• Complete timely, accurate daily documentation in accordance with company and payer requirements
• Communicate consistently and effectively with families and caregivers to support carryover
• Ensure services and documentation meet state licensure, payer, and company standards
• Support clinical quality through adherence to best practices and participation in documentation reviews
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams on outcomes, performance improvement, and workflow planning
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive work culture
• Maintain responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development

• Coordination (scheduling, rescheduling and confirming sessions)
• Physician approvals and insurance authorizations

Pay

Compensation: $15 per unit for treatment, $60 per evaluation. Rates based on our fee-schedule, with additional rates available for less common procedure codes. Compensation is an estimate for a full-time employee or contractor.
