Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) - Tulsa
About the role
Therapitas has served Spanish-speaking families in Oklahoma since 2009 with a mission to ensure Spanish-speaking children have the same access to quality therapy as any other child. We are hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Oklahoma City. The role includes trained interpreter support; Spanish fluency is a plus but not required, and we offer Spanish lessons or immersion opportunities in Antigua, Guatemala for those interested in learning. You will benefit from a work‑life balance where documentation is completed during scheduled work time, protected lunch hours, and unfilled cancellations used for additional documentation. New hires receive structured mentorship and ongoing support through regular one‑on‑ones, documentation guidance, and professional development. You will collaborate with experienced OTs, PTs, SLPs, and support staff who value teamwork and growth, and maintain a sustainable caseload of approximately 23–28 direct therapy hours per week, built around your experience and preferences. Your caseload will mostly include toddlers and school‑age children, with some infants and adolescents (ages 2 weeks to 20 years), seeing conditions such as developmental delay, sensory processing challenges, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other genetic or neurological conditions.
